Order Processing
Orders are processed within [3-5 business days] (excluding weekends and holidays). Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
Delivery Timeframes
Delivery times vary depending on destination, carrier, and external factors beyond our control.
We do not guarantee delivery dates unless explicitly stated at checkout. Any delivery estimates provided are estimates only.
Orders in Transit
Once an order has shipped, it is considered in transit and cannot be cancelled or refunded due to delivery time concerns.
Shipping Delays
Delays caused by carriers, customs, weather, or other external factors do not qualify for a refund while the order is within normal transit time.
If your order has not arrived within 30 business days from the shipping date, please contact us and we will investigate with the carrier.
Refunds Related to Shipping
Refunds are not issued for shipping delays once an order has shipped.
Refunds or replacements will only be considered if the order is confirmed lost, returned to sender, or arrives damaged or defective.
Change of Mind Returns
We understand that sometimes you may change your mind after placing an order.
Change of mind returns (including ordering the wrong item, no longer wanting the product, or deciding not to proceed with the purchase) are not guaranteed and are assessed on a case-by-case basis at our sole discretion.
If a change of mind return is approved:
Orders that have already been shipped or are in transit are not eligible for change of mind cancellations or refunds unless approved by us.

Do you ship worldwide?
Yes. We provide free shipping to over 200 countries around the world.
Do you provide tracking information?
Yes, you will receive an email once your order ships that contain your tracking information.
My tracking says “no information available at the moment”?
For some shipping companies, it takes 2-5 business days for the tracking information to update on the system. If your order was placed more than 5 business days ago and there is still no information on your tracking number, please contact us.
Will all my items be sent in one package?
For logistical reasons, items in the same purchase will sometimes be sent in separate packages, even if you’ve specified combined shipping.

What about customs?
